Under the weather

Man, I don’t know what happened but some sort of virus knocked me on my ass last night. I got about “zero” sleep and lets just say things aren’t really good around my house right now.

However, before the bug hit full steam ahead last night I finished my changes to the first ten pages. A few minor tweaks but its going to set up the second and third ten pages a lot better.

If you’re interested I’ve attached the file to this post so you can see the differences. I might tweak it a bit more today, but honestly I’m a bit too weak to really do any serious writing today. Looks likes it’s just video games and movies on my plate as far as activity goes. I might finish reading “How NOT To Write a Screenplay” too. I don’t have much of that left.

Revised First Ten Pages

I found a pretty fun site last night. It’s called ScreenPlay Bandit and it’s someone else doing a similar type of experiment to what I’m doing on here. I think the person who is writing the screenplay is somewhere in the UK, based on the how they write, but I could be completely off. At any rate, its an interesting read so you should check it out. I’ve provided a link to it on the right side of the page in the “Screenwriter’s Blog” section of links.

Until next time…

Enjoy.

  1. Do we know who Frank and Hawkins are? They weren’t introduced in Caps but TWO MEN IN BUSINESS SUITS were…

    • Yeah, that’s a slip up on my part. Frank and Hawkins ARE the two men in business suits.

At any rate, if you read it, please pardon the TERRIBLE dialog.

  2. By the way, I appreciate the index card images. Gives me an idea of how to set mine up. Thanks!

    • No problem!
