I found this video via Curbed LA and thought it was cool enough to share.
It’s Los Angeles in the 1950s. It’s really cool to see how much different things were back then. Wide open. And amazingly, sparse.
If you want to explore this moment in time a bit more hands on, consider checking out the video game L.A. Noire. I really enjoyed playing the game earlier this year, and although it takes place in the late 40s, it’s about as close to the video above as you’re going to get.
