A Good Cause: Supporting Eric Yang

I’ve written about Eric Yang a few times on the blog. I’ve never met Eric in person. I likely never will. We’re “friends” in the same manner that anyone can be that occasionally exchange e-mails and Facebook posts. But I’ve been following his career for a few years now as he’s produced and shot shorts and up through getting into the American Film Institute.

Eric is now gathering funds to help produce his AFI thesis, “South Central.” To get a taste of what Eric is capable of, here is his “sizzle reel” put together to help promote the fundraising for his film:

You can learn more about Eric’s AFI thesis “South Central” here.

If you can, please consider offering Eric a donation for his project. Even if it’s only 5, 10, or 25 dollars, every little bit will help him get that much closer to his goal.

The AFI donation page can be found here. Be sure to select 326-SOUTH CENTRAL as the film you want to make a donation to.

Stay at it Eric, we’re all pulling for you!

Keep writing,
-Steve
